• Repair labor is guaranteed for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, when warranty repairs are performed at our shop.
  
  
• Parts are guaranteed for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, when warranty repairs are performed at our shop. (Due to manufacturer's warranties, some parts may have a longer warranty than this.)
  
  
• Warranty repairs must be performed at our shop if the vehicle is within a 75 mile radius of our auto repair shop. Please call us at (503) 537-4085.
  
  
• If the vehicle is more than 75 miles away from our shop please call (503) 537-4085 to locate the nearest NAPA Auto Care Facility.
  
  
• Authorization must be obtained prior to any warranty repair work.
  
  
• Repairs performed without authorization will not be reimbursed.
  
  
• Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair.
